- 1 head fresh broccoli chopped into small florets
- 1 head cauliflower chopped into small florets
- 12 slices of smoked turkey cooked and crumbled
- ½ red onion finely diced
- ¾ cup sunflower seeds or nuts of choice
Directions
Cook the smoked turkey: In a skillet over medium heat, cook smoked turkey until crisp. Drain and crumble.
Prep the Veggies: Wash and chop broccoli and cauliflower into bite-size pieces. Pat dry.
