  • 1 head cauliflower chopped into small florets
  • 12 slices of smoked turkey cooked and crumbled
  • ½ red onion finely diced
  • ¾ cup sunflower seeds or nuts of choice

Directions

  • Cook the smoked turkey: In a skillet over medium heat, cook smoked turkey until crisp. Drain and crumble.
  • Prep the Veggies: Wash and chop broccoli and cauliflower into bite-size pieces. Pat dry.
  • Make the Dressing: Whisk mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  • Assemble the Salad: In a large bowl, combine broccoli, cauliflower, red onion, sunflower seeds, and smoked turkey. Pour in dressing and toss until evenly coated.
